About the event
Step away from the demands of daily life and give your nervous system a change to reset in a deeply calming outdoor soundbath experience. To stay comfortable throughout the session, please bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag, blanket, cushion and a hot water bottle, these are immersive outdoor sessions, and temperatures can drop.
Suitable for ages 16+, under 18s required to be accomanied by an adult
