Into the Light

Our Into the Light programme supports survivors of childhood sexual abuse on their journey towards recovery. Through guided sessions, peer support and therapeutic activities, women can build confidence, develop coping strategies and feel less alone in their experiences.

Our domestic abuse awareness training helps community members, volunteers and professionals recognise the signs of domestic abuse, understand its impact, and respond safely and appropriately to those affected.

IRIS

If you have experienced domestic abuse, your GP surgery may be able to connect you with specialist support through the IRIS Project. Working closely with health professionals, we provide confidential advice, information and support to help women improve their safety and wellbeing.
