You Don't Have to Face Things Alone

At Sutton Women's Centre, we provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for women. Whether you are experiencing difficulties at home, struggling with your wellbeing, facing financial pressures, or simply need someone to talk to, we are here to help.

Our support is free, confidential and tailored to your individual needs.

How We Can Support You

We can provide support with:

  • Domestic abuse and unhealthy relationships

  • Counselling

  • Advocacy

  • Emotional wellbeing and mental health

  • Confidence and self-esteem

  • Housing issues and homelessness

  • Benefits and financial difficulties

  • Social isolation and loneliness

  • Accessing local services and community resources

  • Safety planning and crisis support

If you are unsure whether we can help, please get in touch. We will listen and help you find the right support.

 

What Happens When You Contact Us?

  • Contact us by phone, email or completing our referral form.

  • A member of our team will speak with you to understand your situation and needs.

  • Together, we will identify the support that is right for you.

  • We will work alongside you to help you access services, overcome barriers and achieve your goals

You can receive support at your own pace, and you will be involved in decisions about the help you receive.

Who Can Access Our Services?

Our services are available to women aged 18 and over living in the London Borough of Sutton.

If we are unable to provide the support you need, we will do our best to connect you with an organisation that can help.

Make a Referral

You can:

  • Refer yourself

  • Be referred by a professional

  • Be referred by a family member or trusted friend (with your consent)
